Campus Director & Co-Director and Women's Discipleship
Luke and Hayley Woodason serve as the Collegiate Directors for Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Tennessee Tech. Both are proud alumni of Tech, where they met and were deeply shaped through campus ministry and leadership in FCA. Luke was a member of the Golden Eagle football team, while Hayley was actively involved in student discipleship and leadership.
After graduating, Luke and Hayley felt called to ministry and spent the last decade gaining valuable experience in church leadership, pastoral care, and ministry strategy. Luke also spent several years in the tech and nonprofit world, using storytelling and data to help churches and ministries better reach people and ensure no one falls through the cracks. These experiences now fuel their work on campus as they shepherd athletes, coaches, and students toward deeper relationships with Jesus.
Together, Luke and Hayley lead a growing team at Tech FCA, building intentional community, discipling student leaders, and helping athletes integrate faith into every part of life. They’re passionate about seeing students grow in their identity, purpose, and boldness for Christ.
Luke and Hayley have been married for over a decade and are raising four wonderful kids who love spending time with college students and cheering on the Golden Eagles!
